SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

We decided to offer a subscription discount option as we have so many customers repeatedly purchasing and we wanted to reward that.

Please be careful when selecting this option as it is set up for genuine subscribers who plan to purchase for 6 or more orders.  You will receive the discount immediately, but you are committed to buying the future orders.  

We understand it is tempting to select the option to save money but we do not have the ability to cancel these as they are contracts that go through an external company who manages the subscriptions for Shopify.  

If you do need to cancel for some reason please let me know and please be aware any cancellations before the subsciption period has been completed will result in the original products purchased being charged at the correct price.  This means any outstanding funds will be witheld from any refunds requested or an invoice will be sent for the difference.  This is how their subscriptions work and shouldn't be an issue if you are genuinly subscribing.  

Please dont just hit subscribe to get the discount once as it can result in a hassle for you later, otherwise please enjoy and take advantage of the discounts if you plan to purchase regularly and know you can amend dates and contents of order.
