Refund policy
If there are any issues with receiving your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving order.
Photographic and video evidenceis required if products arrived damaged in any way- do not return to Courier unless advised otherwise by us.
If you return to courier without instruction to do so from us, you will forfeit any credits that may have been due. Orders not received will be offered a choice of refund or replacement unless we deem replacement is not the best option and refund will be issued.
If incorrect items are received, they will need to be returned at our expense prior to us sending you a replacement so please advise asap if you feel you have received the wrong item.
**In the event you feel there is an issue with your order, please do not dispose of the products as refunds will not be issued without the proper evidence requested. You may be asked to send photos and or videos and in some circumstances returning the product will be required. If you dispose of the products without prior agrement to do so, you may forfeit your right for a refund or replacement. Every business has the right to request items be returned for refunds to be considered and we are always trying to avoid food waste, especially when we put so much time, love and care into creating these magical and special products. Fermentation is an art and it can be difficult to understand how it all works when you are new to products like these. Please be patient as we work through your individual scenario as we expertly asses and work out a sollution together. Abusive behaviour will not be condusive to resolving any situation in life so lets keep thing civil and kind, bearing in mind our intentions are only good in our desire to help people by making these foods available that have helped us and many others on their healing journey**
Most issues can be resolved by simply rinsing the products, popping in the fridge and opening when cold and the fermentation has ceased. Please be aware it is copmpletely normal for ferments to smell extremely pungeant if leakage has occured, but I promise they tatse way better than they smell in this instance! The lids we use are desigend to release liquid and gas if the product expands to prevent the jar possibly exploding - these are the correct lids to use for an actively fermenting product.
Please understand we are a small family business so we must always work out the most cost effective manner of resolving any issue and remember some leakage in trasit is normal as we state under every product description.
