We strive to ensure every one of our customers is happy. Being a food item we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances, however if for some reason you are unhappy please get in touch either using the contact us form on this site or email email@example.com. We don’t want any customer feeling they haven’t received value for money and will always do our best.
If a damage in transit happens to occur we will require photographs and may potentially have to ask you to return the items to the courier. Do not dispose of the items without contacting us first. The best options is always to refuse delivery if you suspect damage has occurred.
We use the best and strongest packaging available and are proud to say rarely have we ever had product not arrive in perfect condition. Always store products in the refrigerator on arrival for best storage and safety.
