Please refrigerate on arrival. These are raw, live fermented products, and some natural bubbling or leakage may occur during transit. Lids are designed to safely release pressure — simply chill before opening and enjoy the refreshing fizz of authentic fermentation.

Please note: Our “gift packs” refer to value bundles that offer the best price for multiple items.

To ensure your ferments arrive safely and fresh, they are shipped in protective packaging rather than decorative gift boxes.

If you are gifting them, we recommend storing them in the fridge until wrapping.

On rare occasions, if a medium jar is out of stock or we have a new variety we may include 2 small jars instead of a medium but rest assured you are still receiving the same amount of product overall.

Our 6-jar gift boxes are designed to include six different fermented varieties. Because we work with seasonal produce and small-batch ferments, availability can vary from time to time.

You’re very welcome to list flavour preferences in the order notes, and we will always do our best to accommodate them where stock allows. However, we can’t guarantee all preferences will be available at the time of packing.

To keep orders moving and avoid long delays or backorders, if a requested flavour is temporarily unavailable, your box will be packed with the closest suitable alternative from our current range. This allows us to fulfil orders promptly and fairly for everyone.

If you require specific flavours only, we recommend ordering those jars individually rather than as part of a gift box.
