All I can say is wow! We absolutely love these! To achieve nice soft red onion that is still raw and also probiotic is a special thing. Very strong in taste, these organic red onions are thinly sliced and you only need 2 or 3 small pieces to flavour a burger or wrap. They do taste amazing cooked as well but if you want them for their probiotic value we wouldn’t recommend heating above body temp.
We have tried them chopped and thrown through salads - amazing! Burgers and wraps of course and also finely chopped and mixed through a dip which was really good!
As a new trial product these are only for a limited time and available in 220g jars and 500g jars. If you love them and would like them to be available in 1kgs next time, let me know!
